And they are only really good on manicured and maintained lawns. It would kill you to use one to keep my weeds down.

If the blades are kept adjusted properly and the lawn never allowed to get long the pushbike mower would work but you’d have to be in low gear.. I doub’t there is enough torque available from a single speed standard bike gearing.
