Dodgy lungs and leg preclude me from being too physical. My main joy when hammered is listening to music, reading is hard to maintain the concentration, you read it and like quicksilver it slips away. Like most things i consider it a boon in moderation. I have heard songs when hammered and picked up ummm something, next day straight I get that something and the song is suddenly better and its chords or lyrics more significant. Plus it encourages me to eat, I have a real problem with lack of appetite and not good weight wise, stoned at least I can get some stuff into me. Its a bit of an issue.
