I went without (unexpectedly) a smoke for the week while I was in hospital. Didn’t really miss it actually. No real cravings, but then I wasn’t in my usual “smoking environments and triggers” wither.

I could go for weeks at a time, and never did the thought of chocolate cross my mind.

Go to sea, and for some reason, i have to have some choccie every day.
