My veggie cutting etc has all been completed, there is a crystal bowl of whipped cream in the fridge to go with the trifle, which I just topped with jelly cubes. I’ve put the potatoes and pumpkin into the oven so they are cooked first and can just go back in to get hot again. Our Hamilton friend has arrived, so we will sit at the kitchen table and chat for a bit.
