My dim sims are now pastry-wrapped and ready for steaming. The filling was able to produce six super-sized sims.

Wasn’t expecting the spring roll pastry to be quite so waffer-theen, so I used 2 x sheets per sim.

Hope it’ll work but we’ll soon find out. They won’t be very dim sim shaped though.
