Wasn’t expecting the spring roll pastry to be quite so waffer-theen, so I used 2 x sheets per sim.

Hope it’ll work but we’ll soon find out. They won’t be very dim sim shaped though.

Steamed two, and one looked like a large steamed dim sim, the other looked like a large dim sim smashed up with a hammer.

Very tasty filling though. I think I’ll bake the next ones.
