The problem is radicalisation through the internet and ^social media and that sort of stuff. The answer is censorship and monitoring of people’s internet usage and all that sort of stuff. People won’t tolerate that as an infringement of liberty. Tech companies and telcos won’t wear it as it impinges upon profits.

Don’t focus on young people.

Like every reasonable person, I don’t want these sub-cultures of hate propagating on the internet and social media, to the point where people fall into these echo-chambers and start thinking that killing people is justified or warranted. I want those those things shut down or blocked, but without impinging upon my personal freedoms.
