I don’t think it will be possible to get violence levels even lower than the extremely low levels that they are already at in this country. This event is such big news because it’s such an arcanely rare event here, whereas in some other countries it would scarcely make the news.

Take a look, have a commission, check whether we could be doing things better, but the answer might well be, no we couldn’t.
