I am cook tonight. Yesterday I bought one of Cam’s garlic/herb/cheese flat round focaccias. I have just topped it with some homemade tomato pizza sauce, more cheese, chopped onion and capsicum and salami. Half mild, half hot.

I’ve also got an orange cake in the oven and I’ve melded couverture/butter/orange juice/orange rind to make into a choc/orange butter icing to go on top. I’ve not done this for an icing before. We shall see how it goes.
