Pretty crap atm, thanks for asking. The disks between the lower three lumbar vertebrae are compressed and pressing on the nerves, so I’m currently in a lot of pain that drugs don’t seem to affect at all.

That’s how I think of answering but usually keep it to myself because nobody wants to know how I’m just a huge pain in the neck.
