If they’ve got a skerrick of the usual Chinese ingenuity they’ve hacked SpaceX, stolen the IP, and will be impoverishing Cnut Musk in a few years. All praise to our new Chinese overlords.

I think they are probably at a level of technical maturity now that they can design their own malfunctioning rockets without the need for stealing other people’s designs through espionage or hacking :)
