SCIENCE’s joke here is that cervical can mean either of the neck or of the cervix.

I did wonder if he meant that, as I often have a cervical neck pain, aka a pain in the neck. So, I just do round of my physical therapy exercises, sacrifice a rabbit, and burn some sage.
