I’ve decided to try pruning my hair a little. Just at the sides where I can easily do it.

You are using secateurs?

Just kitchen scissors.

I can’t do anything myself about the length at the back but I can trim the stuff over the temples and ears, so I don’t look quite so wild in the mornings.
