I was up all night as well. I was waiting for the bombs. I thought I need to text or post to everyone I know because this could be the end. So many folks have been kind to me over the years. I just want to read them, text them or email them. Because this is really intense, too much to deal with alone.

It’s really hard when your interest in world events is dismissed, especially at the time, Trump could well drop a nuke on Iran. I don’t know how to get folks to engage.

I really slept badly last night too. Kept waking with terrible headaches. I have no idea whether they were related to world events or not.

It is tremendously stressful for everyone.
