Reminds me to do the breakfast report:

Layered. Toast, cut up slices of tomato, scrambled eggs (three eggs, garlic, chilli, lots of longevity spinach pieces), shaved parmesan. The scrambled eggs were shared between both of us. Mrs V didn’t have bits of tomato, either.
