Pork mince, garlic, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, bean sprouts, finely diced shitake mushrooms, oyster sauce, soy sauce, a little sweet soy sauce, white pepper and a teaspoon of cornflour, all cooked up in some oil (garlic and pork first, then everything else dumped in).
