Most recent poll for the election has the following seat prediction in the 120 seat Knesset

Opposition 61
Govt Coalition 49
Non-aligned 10

The election is 6 months off. A change of govt won’t fix everything but one suspects Netanyahu cynically uses conflict to maintain support, and has ongoing court cases waiting for him.

An opposition win would probably see a large coalition similar to the one I described at top of thread. Hopefully the stakes of failure are quite clear now and they’ll be well-motivated to make the compromises needed to maintain that coalition.
