Good morning forumites.
Another lovely day on the central coast, now that autumn has arrived. A bit smokey from burn offs in various national parks around here though, but they really need it. Every time I go for a walk I eye off the amount of undergrowth and dead stuff in the bush.
Beach walk with the dawn besties done, and I’ll be heading off to spend a day with the grandkids shortly.
My grandson has been getting into running, he’s built up to 20 kms and more now, and wants to start competitive trail running….one of my morning buddies called it hardcore bushwalking. My grandson will like that. I offered to buy him a pair of trail running shoes, my only stipulation was no American brands allowed. I was rather pleased when I found a brand made in Western Australia. Ordered!
