quite difficult these days to determine if it’s intentional mendacity, what sort of, and for what, you might reliably speculate it’s some sort of applied social constructionism at work, from advertising and marketing psychology, and it likely is, and further a great unintentional conspiracy, the joy of it is it doesn’t much require thinking about thinking, sustaining propositions that might incline finding errors of thought, instead making that redundant.
