That’s the weird thing about the “No. It was showing me as a doctor” thing. He looked as shifty af and must have known he was sprung but lied away regardless.

I think his shifty look was his brain searching through his prepared explanation of the photo, and knowing that he didn’t quite nail the memory.
He knew that there was going to be a reaction to the image. He buggered up the response.
