Do tell. I take Naproxen. It helps more than Panadol., but not completely. Spinal stenosis in my lower back.

Yeah, that stuff would probly help me with my lower back too except for all the side effects including abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, headache, and dizziness.

Tidying up my 50 acres has aggrevated my usual spinal complaints.
