Pain is exhausting. I am addicted to my heating pad.

I should really get a heating pad.. I’ve just been using heated gel packs.

Some time back my daughter roped me into helping her move house. I was having back pain by the end of it and rocked up to my father’s place. He offered me use of a really old infra-red lamp.. I fell asleep with it on my back… woke up.. all better. When my sister was throwing stuff out after old man’s demise the lamp went… gone… bugger. Thing was probly illegal and possibly slightly unsafe anyway but I would have liked to have it. Meh

Kingy, I reckon you should consider cutting back on a couple of your heavier occupations.
