Most of us may belong to the generation of babies who were put into quiet dark rooms for sleep that apparently causes problems when older.
I sleep better now but I envy those people who can sleep anywhere in all sorts of conditions.

If I want to go to sleep, I close my eyes and do so, usually within a few seconds. Day, night, noisy or quiet. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep though.

I used to e that person who can sleep anywhere. Now I need a sleep mask and earplugs, even if it’s dead quiet. Sometimes I use a Calm Carry (why didn’t they call it a palm calm?)
