Good morning everybody.

It is clear with light to gentle breezes, 22.3° C, and 70% RH here. BoM forecasts a top of 25° C and a shower or two – 0-3 mm for us.

Clothes washing is being done because it is a good drying morning so far, and Mrs V has been away for nearly a week.

The curry last night went over very well. More will be had. Mrs V wants me to pull and clean some ginger so we can have tomato-ginger-egg flower soup tonight. Low kJ day, you see. I suspect she may have eaten very well whilst she was away. I’ll find out slowly.

The wholemeal sourdough starter unexpectedly frothed up over night, but has separated into three layers. I’ll add to that in a little while and re-mix it.

The kimchi has more bubbles and will need checking and possibly pushing down.

Meanwhile I’ll do the washing up and have something for breakfast.

I’m making it. That was the first of five-odd days. I’ve fed and watered it again this morning.
