I don’t let dogs lick my face/head. This morning the visiting Pugs felt it necessary to lick my feet. I coped with that OK. We have now walked them. It’s a lot more structured when we walk them than when my brother walks them. They are both on fixed length leads and before long they will know how to heel properly and to sit at roadsides. He’s got an extendable lead for Tully and he lets Reuben off. I would not ever do that. He lives in Ivanhoe in Melbourne. I told him while they are with us, they comply with our rules…if you are off-property, you are on-lead. Far too many trucks around here. There’s half an acre for free running in the backyard.
