I was pretty busy yesterday with various things and just might have overdone it.

Overdoing seems to be so easy.

I’ve been so blergh since arriving back in September. Then handling the sale of my home, the shipment of my stuff and all the additional brain work associated with those things just broke me.
Exhaustion and pain are daily companions. So having energy and focus yesterday was strange, and naturally I over did it.

May there be many more days of energy and focus.
