I know the Steve (primus) the weatherman uses tarragon on fish. I could never taste anything. But this fresh tarragon has a strong flavour. Thanks for the advice.
Sarahs mum didn’t like tarragon, I don’t really know why. She said it tastes “dirty”. I don’t think it taste dirty :)
If you’re doing a roast chicken, tarragon goes very nicely in the stuffing.
