Farmers market. I was overjoyed when my farmer said this week’s lamb was hogget. This ewe was not a good mum and also a wee bit of an escape artist, so off she went.
Not many people understood why I kept raving over it. Good to see you know :)))

Hogget and mutton disappeared from the market after the giant Dorper lambs become common-place. It’s kind of sad.

I am very envious.
