I thought of julienne strips.
I have saved the recipe to use with the next harvest of cherry tomatoes. Today’s lot were all picked to go into the hogget shank stew

Here are the dishes ready for the 40 minute oven cook in a couple of hours. Then they get cheesed and grilled. I kept hearing my mother…“you are such an old woman Liz, why are you arranging those bits of tomato so precisely!”

The food looks good.

I’ll also be using tomatoes, zucchini, garlic and olive oil, but with chicken and couscous.
