If you mean the Resurrection of the Daleks story, that was widely panned by the critics and is still regarded as an unpleasant mess by many.

I tried watching it last year but gave up on it, worst Dalek story I’ve yet experienced.

Certainly near the bottom. The Chase is kind of a mess, and Destiny irritates me a lot. Resurrection doesn’t make a lot of sense.

The Chase is a mess but fun. You can tell everyone enjoyed themselves putting that one together.

Destiny would be the worst Terry Nation story. Resurrection as you say is very random and with few if any redeeming aspects.
