And well done for making the bread. How did it turn out?

It is okay. I will do it again and go another 30 minutes on the second proving.

I could have left it in perhaps another 20-30 minutes to get a better crust, but I had thrown in ice cubes for the steam, and it was hard to get the water out. So next time I will use a small tray, and I can get it out so as to let it go longer.

As an over all first effort it is a success and I can see where I can improve.
