Compounding the shit was a book I reserved at the library and was excited to read also turned out to be shit. It was about RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria). Turns out the guy who wrote it has zero qualifications, is an ADHD influencer, cofounded LADbible, and cites no sources for any of his claims in the book. If it wasn’t a library book, I would have chucked it in the bin.

Alex Partridge? I am pretty sure he has never claimed to be qualified apart from his own experiences. I think he’s a worthwhile voice in the ND world, because he presents information in format that is accessible for many people.
