I’ve also got tomato sauce/paste reducing down on the stove. This lot hasn’t got the usual spices in it, just black pepper and oregano. It will be used as a pasta/pizza sauce. It’s almost ready to have the gas underneath turned off. Once it cools a bit I’ll put it into containers and freeze them for use later in the year when I haven’t got real tomatoes in the garden.
