Exactly. But you can’t exactly tell your body that that’s too early for the cortisol except by using the light. So I have a weird routine where I put a bright lamp against the wall and stare at the bright wall in the evening :)
Night before last, I fell asleep at 9pm, woke at 2.30am, fell asleep again just before 5am, woke for good at 8.45am. That is completely atypical for me.
