Mr Mutant overloaded our washing machine and it fell off its perch.

Why was it perched?

It’s perched on a drawer for two reasons: 1) so we don’t have to bend down as much, and 2) to store the laundry stuff because our laundry is in the garage and there’s fuck all room in the garage.
